Yoga for Kids.............$99 Half Day @ Mt Fitness
9am–12pm Monday - Friday Ages 6–10:
Join us for summer fun, learning about YOGA and its many benefits. You will learn about yoga postures, breath work, yoga games, movement exploration with music, mindfulness (mandala coloring, labyrinth activities), crafts and more! Instructor: Paula Brisbois.
All programs require both a medical & a permission form, PRIOR to the start of the program.
