Meditation for Wellness and Self-Healing

In this class, we will learn how to take of ourselves, send healing energy to others and the world. We will explore the breath as a tool for relaxation; the energy centers or chakras; the senses as meditation tools - hearing, smell, sight; the 4 directions and what they represent; the 4 elements - earth, water, fire and air; the kinds of healing energy- magnetism, light, sound; the five "bodies" of human existence - physical, emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual; the use of a healing presence from the heart center.
