Adirondack Chair Making 9/13 - 10/25

This class was great fun. The instructor is very knowledgeable and helps you work through your inevitable mistakes. "The chair builds itself!" I am looking forward to other woodworking classes from this instructor.

The class was amazing to teach, build, and had a lot of fun. Can't wait for more to come.

Full disclosure, I work in the division of MWCC that offers this class. That being said, I also signed my husband up for it (I wanted two chairs!) and while he went to be a good spouse, he LOVED the class. As did I. The energy is great, the other students were fun and we got two great chairs out of it!

This was the best woodworking class I have taken. The instructor was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He made sure all safety precautions were in place with tools and COVID. We had a step by step pictured booklet to help us build the chair, any questions instructor was right there to help. I went out and bought my own power tools after this class as I felt had the knowledge to use them safely. May take class again in Spring so I have a pair. Highly recommend this course. Derek is an excellent instructor. He brought his knowledge and enthusiasm for woodworking with him every class. Energy level in the class was very good.
