FOUGASSE & BAGUETTE BREADS (2-day workshop)
Price: $79
Date: Wednesday & Thursday, October 14th and 15th, 2026

Location: Gardner Campus

Learn to create two traditional starter-based breads; fougasse and classic white baguette. On day one, students will prepare fougasse- a rustic French flatbread historically used to test oven temperature- and learn how to create a yeast starter for the following day's bake. On day two, students will use their starter to make a traditional white baguette. This versatile dough can also be shaped into dinner rolls or loaves, in addition to the classic elongated French bread. Throughout the class, we'll focus on foundational bread-making techniques, fermentation, shaping, and baking for consistent, delicious results at home. All ingredients included.
